About the Role
Academy of Career Training is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for prospective students, current students, and campus visitors. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming environment while providing administrative support to our admissions and education teams.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist students, visitors, and guests.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Schedule campus tours and admissions appointments.
Maintain student records and office files.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks.
Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
Support staff with day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude and a professional appearance.
