Hello! I am Brandi J, an Esthetican Educator & licensed Full Specialist with over 15 years in the beauty industry. Throughout the years I also have experience in hair, nails, and body wrapping. I take pride in creating a positive, supportive, learning environment where my students build their love, creativity, confidence, and skill for this industry. My goal is to inspire each student to believe in their full potential, and provide them the best knowledge to succeed in their careers.

I actually graduated from Academy of career training back in the year 2000, I worked at all the WDW resorts and spas for 4 yrs. Taught at A.C.T in 2006 for 6yrs. I currently have my own Salon business, and decided to come back to teach because I’m very passionate about what I do which is to make a difference in people’s life bringing out their inner beauty and helping them bring out their self esteem.

I came to school here for cosmetology, because of that I have now been licensed for 7 years now. This school has given me opportunities in different aspects throughout those years. Now I am able to give back to the school that gave me that. I love working here at Act because it is a very community oriented place. From the start of our day to the end, we are able to provide an experience and a lot of time a safe place for both students and clients to come in and be taken care of and in return we learn as much from them as they do from us.

I’ve been a barber since 2012, and one of the greatest blessings of this career has been the opportunity to teach and mentor the next generation. At ACT, I love meeting students from all different walks of life, building genuine connections with them, and watching them grow in both their skills and confidence. The best part is that many of those relationships continue long after graduation, and seeing former students succeed reminds me why I love what I do.

What I love most about working at ACT is being part of each student's journey toward a new career.
